A birth doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to a birthing person (and their partner) before, during, and shortly after childbirth. I help you feel informed, cared for, and empowered as you navigate your birth experience.
Not at all! I’m part of your support team, working alongside your partner and medical providers. My role is to enhance your support circle—not replace anyone. I help your partner feel confident and involved while also ensuring you both have the guidance and encouragement you need.
It’s never too early—or too late—to hire a doula! Many families hire me in the second trimester so we have plenty of time to build trust and prepare for birth, but I’m happy to support you whenever you’re ready.
I attend births at home, birth centers, and hospitals in and around the Rock Hill, SC area. I am willing to travel up to 2 hours from Rock Hill to support you! I also offer virtual doula services for families outside my travel area or those who prefer remote support.
I require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit to reserve your due date in my calendar. The remaining balance is typically due by 36-37 weeks depending on your chosen package. I’m happy to discuss payment plans to make doula support more accessible.
Yes! I support all birth choices and circumstances, including medicated births, unmedicated births, inductions, VBACs, and cesareans. My goal is to help you feel respected and supported in your choices.
